None of our trails are groomed but skiers can lay their own tracks. Beaver Creek Valley Trail trail is an easy 3 mile loop that meanders along Beaver Creek in a lovely valley. In addition, during the winter months, the non plowed campground road is used as a ski trail and is 3/4 mile long one way. The Big Spring trail, also in the campground, is also ski-able, and is around 1/3 of a mile long one way.
You can snowshoe anywhere in Minnesota's state parks and recreation areas, except on trails that are specifically groomed for another activity, such as skiing or snowmobiling.
- There is a shelter located in the park with a wood stove.
- Ski passes are not required, nor are they sold at the park office.
- Winter camping is not available.
