The trail(s):
This trail travels along the Minnesota River Valley, bringing you through wetlands, rolling hillsides and bluffland. The trail offers beautiful vistas of the river valley as well as a variety of wildlife.
You can snowshoe anywhere in Minnesota's state parks and recreation areas, except on trails that are specifically groomed for another activity, such as skiing or snowmobiling.

Facilities:

  • A warming house is available at the Lawrence Unit, south of Jordan.
  • Winter camping is not available.

Parking is available at all the trailheads.
