The main ski loop (from the Trailhead lot to Nipisiquit Lake) and the Cart-In Campground Trails were groomed 3/17. In good condition. Others expected to be groomed this week.

Trails have many ups and down, traveling through both birch, aspen and conifer forests. There are lakes and overlooks through out the trail.
You can snowshoe anywhere in Minnesota's state parks and recreation areas, except on trails that are specifically groomed for another activity, such as skiing or snowmobiling.
Facilities:
- Ski passes are required.
- Nearby resorts do rent out ski equipment.
- Contact park for winter camping opportunities. Some sites are plowed throughout the winter.
