Trail Snow Report

Zippel Bay State Park

Trail conditions:

Ski trails remain in decent shape. Snow levels have settled some from the recent warm weather. This year, the ski trails are once again being groomed thanks to the generous efforts of the Friends of Zippel Bay State Park group and the Minnesota Parks and Trails Council. Expect sections of ice-encrusted snow alternating with a few patches of bare ground in places along area snowmobile trails. However, the trail base continues to be ok in most places.
