Old Mill State Park
The park has about 3" of snow on the ground. Hiking is still the best option. There will be no groomed ski trails this winter but visitors can break trail or snowshoe once we get more snow.

The trail is a mixture of wooded river valley and scenic prairie openings. Wildlife consists of deer, moose, mink, otter and many birds.
You can snowshoe anywhere in Minnesota's state parks and recreation areas, except on trails that are specifically groomed for another activity, such as skiing or snowmobiling.
- A warming house is located in the park.
- Winter camping is not available.
