Snow Depth and Groomed Trail Conditions

Scenic State Park

Trail conditions:

Many thanks go out for the efforts of the The Edge of the Wilderness Ski club volunteers who continued to groom trails at Scenic, this year. The recent freeze/thaw cycles and warming weather have turned the trails into a soft, granular mess, and signaled the end of the skiing season. We hope to see everyone next year.Of note this season, the southern loop of the snowmobile trail has been decommissioned, leaving only the main east-west corridor through the northern section of the park. The decommissioned portion of the trail will no longer be open for snowmobiles, as it will be transitioned to other uses.
