Trail Snow Report
Temperance River State Park
Snowmobile trails have not yet been groomed as the snow in the area is thin. On a bright note, the light snow cover makes for some wonderful early winter hiking in the park! Heavily used trails will have some very icy and slippery areas so use traction aids if you have them.

The trail follows the Temperance and Cross Rivers. You may see a variety of wildlife and travel through forests offering beautiful vistas along the rivers. Superior Hiking Trail intersects with the park trails, offering many trail opportunities.
You can snowshoe anywhere in Minnesota's state parks and recreation areas, except on trails that are specifically groomed for another activity, such as skiing or snowmobiling.
