The ski trail has a rolling topography along the northern slopes of the Minnesota River Valley.The snowmobile trails range from flat to rolling topography.
You can snowshoe anywhere in Minnesota's state parks and recreation areas, except on trails that are specifically groomed for another activity, such as skiing or snowmobiling.
Facilities:
- The visitor center is closed winter of 2021
- Purchase prior to arrival.
- Winter camping is not available.

Getting there
5908 Hwy 67
Granite Falls, MN 56241-9565
From Granite Falls, take Highway 67 eight miles southeast to the park entrance. Parking available at the Visitor Center and the driveway of the Yellow Medicine Campground road (gate closed). Roads are not plowed. Before leaving home, check Hwy 67 detour information in the Visitor Alert on the Upper Sioux Agency SP webpage.
Parking is available at the Visitor Center or Main Campground entrance.
