Snow Depth and Groomed Trail Conditions
Whitewater State Park
Hiking trails will be slippery, and snow depth isn't quite enough for snowshoes.
Trails travel across wooded hillsides and along the Whitewater River. You may cross country ski or snowshoe anywhere in the park, but we do not groom or maintain ski trails.
- At the Visitor Center - generally open every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Snowshoe rental is available at the park office once there are 6 or more inches of snow on the ground.
- Winter camping is available, contact park for details.
