Snow Depth and Groomed Trail Conditions

Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area

Trail conditions:

Conditions have been good for snowshoe and xc skiing. The groomed single track trails are also in good condition right now for fat tire biking but this is mainly during the morning hours when temps are below freezing. Snow conditions for winter biking can be variable so bring snowshoes or xc skis as a backup activity if snow conditions get to soft for winter biking. A key indication that the groomed single track trails are closed to biking would be leaving a tire rut in the groomed surface.
