Free park day April 25

On four days each year, all Minnesota state parks and state recreation areas offer free admission to everyone - no vehicle permits needed! The next free park day is Saturday, April 25.

I Can! programs

I Can! programs are now open

Pick up a new skill this summer, with one of the I Can! family-friendly programs designed for beginners. Learn to camp, paddle, fish, mountain bike, or shoot an arrow - all equipment provided.

Explore Minnesota state parks and recreation areas and complete activities in your Junior Ranger book to earn points and a patch! (Designed for ages six through ten, but anyone may participate.)

Now you can literally check out state parks. At over 200 Minnesota libraries and Bookmobiles, you can check out a free seven-day state park pass through the Library Pass Program.
