Featured Update
CO Gabe Soriano (Hinckley) worked ATVs and bear hunting this week. Bear baiting has opened and many hunters have already registered baits in the area to try their luck this year. He would like to remind bear hunters about a few commonly seen violations: unmarked drums, unregistered baits, party hunting or lend borrow of licenses, as well as hunting in restricted areas such as state parks or areas closed to firearms. Hunters should take care to follow the rules, which are available online for all to read. If there are questions, people are encouraged to call or email instead of risking a violation.
